Why this work matters
Large language models and AI-driven search are becoming the primary surface through which people, companies, and institutions are understood. What these systems say about a person or an organisation can determine whether they raise capital, enter a market, retain a banking relationship, or come through a crisis intact. Very little of that representation is accountable today, and very little of it is transparent. Our work is to bring rigour, intelligence, and clarity to that landscape, and to help clients understand and shape how they are represented by the machines that increasingly mediate trust.
We are particularly interested in hearing from people who already think seriously about reputation and want to work on the questions emerging at its intersection with AI and trust. The discipline is forming now, and there is a clear path for capable people to help shape it.
